How do I submit my photo for customization?
It’s simple! On the product page, you upload your high-resolution photo.
What type of photo works best for the design?
Clear, front-facing photos with good, even lighting work best for capturing facial features accurately.
Can I see the design before you print it?
Yes, absolutely. This is our guarantee. We will email you a digital proof of your custom design within 3-4 days for your final approval. We do not print or ship until you confirm you love it!
Quality & Materials
Is the image a sticker, or is it printed?
Never a sticker! We use high-end professional UV printing directly onto the parts. This ensures a sharp, vibrant, and long-lasting finish that won't scratch, peel, or fade.
Will the figure actually look like the person?
Our designers manually craft the face, hair, and outfit details based on your photo.
This artistic customization process ensures a strong, recognizable likeness that generic templates cannot match.

How long will it take to receive my custom figure?
The process is in two parts:
- Design & Approval: You will receive your digital proof via email within 3-4 days.
- Printing & Shipping: Once approved, we require 3-5 days for printing and packaging. We will ship immediately after.
What if I need to return the figure?
Since every figure is custom-designed and printed just for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
However, because you approve the digital proof first, errors are extremely rare! If your figure arrives damaged, contact us immediately for a swift replacement.
Are the figures ready to be given as a gift?
Yes! Each custom figure is carefully packaged and arrives unassembled with clear, digital instructions, making the unboxing and building a fun, interactive part of the gift experience.
